The Under 8 Sussex Championship was played at Lindfield Primary School
on Saturday 6th October.
This year’s
contest was of a particularly high standard and ended with 4 players
scoring
4 points from 5 matches.
The winner
on tie-break was Billy Twigge –Molecey of St. Lawrence,
Hurstpierpoint who won his first four games.
In the school’s
championship Holy Cross were convincing winners with 3 players in the
top six.
